PT. Saipem Indonesia which one of our loyal client, in May 2008 has done Outbound Team Building Program. The Program has created a Team bonding among participants. This program is refer to their need of building and developing teamwork. The program consist of teamwork simulations, challenging activities and also General Feedback (Conclusion). Coz, in our outbound training method and concept , we standardize the simulation have to be followed by a de-briefing (sharing discussion).
